help! why is there porn in my internet history?

i am the only one that uses my computer. i live alone so there is no way that anyone has access to my computer. so why is there porn in my internet history?? there's a link in there that says www.madpornvideos.com, and when i click on it, nothing shows up. there's also a couple of windows media files in my history that have porn downloaded onto them. i have no idea how this is happening because i've never looked at porn in my life.. and no one else uses my computer!!! has this happened to anyone else??? help me!
i play online computer games.. would this be a reason? i don't understand why there are porn videos downloaded onto to my windows media player.. actual porn videos. do viruses cause that to happen as well?
i'm a girl, not a dude. porn doesn't interest me.
 
I don't believe its a virus, but your computer is definitely infected with adware or spyware. You really need to use your internet security program and do a scan. You can also get a free download of Windows Defender to scan for spyware and other risks your security may have missed: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
 
this has never hapened to me but you may have a virus, make sure you have protection i use trend micro and it works excellent in protecting my computer
 
Could be adware/spyware that's causing it. Update, then do a full virus and spyware scan. And be sure your firewall is up to date, and the most recent and important windows updates are installed.
 
spyware, virus could be the probblem, dont click on the links scan for virus and spyware..

you aren't aware of it but you are most likely a multiple personality schizophrenic. Tyler Durden and Cybal did the porn which is why you don't remember. You may be a danger to yourself and to others. You should check yourself into a facility. The state has some very nice ones. You all will be happy there.
