I had an idea and thought that if I mixed quinoa and maybe either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup would be good ... What are some other things I could add that would go with?!?!
I like to saute some onions and mushrooms, then add diluted cream of mushroom and quinoa and cook it. Obviously, if you use cream of chicken you might add some chicken.
