My fiance has one and is really upset with it. When I saw other people's reviews on it though, it seemed great. How does she use the WiFi to get our laptop connected to the internet, get satellite radio, and all the other stuff people were raving about. I really want her to be happy with it, but I don't know where to start. People said it's like a computer right out of the box, meaning you have to download stuff to make it fun and make it your own. If someone could give me the info on this, I would be VERY thankfull. I appreciate your time...
