Help with an essay INTRODUCTION sort of like this........?

I need to write an essay [due monday].
The question is:
Has the historic election shown the "Dream" of Martin Luther King Jr. to be realized for America?

I was given an introduction example and it goes....
"Rosa sat so Martin could walk. Martin Walked so Obama could run. Obama ran so that kids can fly."

This saying is the short version of the events that have played a role in eqaul rights for all.

ANY IDEAS FOR AN INTRODUCTION LIKE THIS? OR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. I'M OPEN FOR IDEAS!

Dreaming is commonly referred to as a waste of time..useless to one's future. Dreamers are constantly scorned because dreams never come true. Martin Luther king Jr. dreamed of equality for all, that the color of one's skin will not separate but instead represent hope and change.The 2008 election proved that dreams do become reality. Albeit, it took centuries for the dream to arrive. He disproves those who scorn and mock the dreamers. The man, who stood up for the weary and abused in the past, once again rises to stand up for the dreamers of today. For the dream that came true in President Obama's election.

It's a crapp intro but i liked ur prompt so i tried it. this is off the top of my head. just let me know if u like it. hopefully we wont get the same essay prompt later on in the year lol
