Hi, I have a Sun Conure, and we bought a 20 lb. bag of walnut shell bedding, but they are compacted into really small balls. Well we probably have about 5 lbs. of the walnut shells left. We have a lot of unopened play sand, would it be okay to use the play sand as the birds bedding? Thanks in advance.
