Help with hair cut/style, please.?

well there is no haircut that will make the frizziness not look as bad. I would say go for a bob, less frizziness becasue it's shorter ad for better loooks have a perm done, setteled that way your hair will stay curly or straight without damaging it

I've always had a hard time with my hair - I've never really had a cut that I loved that I didnt have to straighten every day, but I no longer have the time to straighten my hair each day... So i need a cut that looks good curly.

My hair is extremely thick, curly, and frizzy.
I love the look of shorter cuts, but I often worry about how my hair will act. Any suggestions would be great.

I always get my hair layered whenever I get it cut.

I have bangs now - but I dont wear them down, because I can't seem to get them to lay right after I straighten them... suggestions on how to do that would be great, too.

I'm terrible with hair.

I think if you get your hair layered, it will look really pretty natural. And bangs will suit you too.
