Help with Internet Explorer add-ons?

Is it ok to disable add-ons that have not been verified on my internet Explorer? I did this because, you know that (little blue circle that shows up next to your browser arrow when you try to go somewhere? Mine always flickers like crazy before I can leave the site.

Dude, I suggest you switch to firefox from internet explorer. You wont find a thing such as unverified addons there. The vast arsenal of firefox adons is really cool.
Further internet explorer security warnings are just rubbish. I used to get a warning each time i tried to download files. That's when i trashed it and advanced to firefox.
