so i bought this pioneer DVD drive from this small shop i always go there for computer parts never had a problem with them when ever i get computer parts i just contact me manufacturer if anything goes wrong and i show them my receipt and i get a replacement but this pioneer is the first company that will not do anything about it even if i have my receipt they want me to go to the store where i purchased it from and they want them to deal with it...but the store that i purchased from does not deal with warranty like this so what am i suppose to do? i bought and lg burner previously and when it had a problem i just contacted lg faxed them over my receipt and i got a replacement and had to send the old one back help me please.
