Help with my Samsung Sch U740 (Alias)?

I turned off my phone and when I tried to turn it back on, then it keeps restarting itself. Iv taken out the battery and that doesnt help. Iv also plugged it into the charger, but that doesnt do anything either. Are there any suggsesions on how I can make it turn on?

return it. i had 3 of them. my friend has had 2. my cousin has had 3 or 4. two of my other friends have them. we have all been having a lot of problems. verizon finally let me change to a chocolate even though my contract is not over.
