I just got a pet mouse and I need help gaining his trust. He isn't afraid of people until they stick their hand into his cage. I sit by his cage a little everyday and i give him treats (wich he refuses to take from my hand). Also, when I take him out of the cage am I supposed to put a harness on him? Should I until he learns to trust me?
