While it is well established that vitamin D is critical for optimizing bone health, recent evidence suggests that it may also be important in reducing the risk of developing all of the following except:


a.Heart disease
b.Hemorrhage
c.Type 1 diabetes
d.Multiple sclerosis
 
We can avoid the number of the problems of the heart ans lungs if we just use of the healthy foods and home made foods in routine life and also avoid the fast foods.
