If somebody responds to this question favorably it can request any favor to them because it is something rare that apparently single it happens to me…
I am a fanatic of the rare countries (sri lanka, Luxembourg, etc.), and when I was small and play the PS1, was possible to generate a player of anyone of those nationalities but not to play with that selection.
Somebody knows if a “generator of patches” exists to lower by the Web, and to do it myself those selections, or if there is in any place at least one rare person like me that know a stranger Link to lower a patch like those?
