Help with riddle-Everybody has to cross the river?

In this problem,there are 8 people who must cross a river. But there is a problem with how they get over there. The job is to get 8 People to the other side while following their specific rules.
So,what are the rules:
1.Only 2 persons can be on the raft at a time
2.The father cannot stay with any of the daughters(2)of them without there mother's presence.
3.The Mother cannot stay with any of the sons(2)of them without there Father's presence.
4.The Thief cannot stay with any of the family members if the Policeman is not there.
5. Only the Father,Mother and Policeman know how to operate the raft.

cop comes back, then takes one boy, crosses river.
cop and prisoner come back.

Father and a son cross, son stays other side, father comes back.

father and mother cross river, father stays with his sons, mother comes back.

cop and prisoner cross again,
father comes back.
father stays, mother comes back.

mother and a daughter cross, cop and prisoner come back.

cop and second daughter cross river, prisoner stays alone, daughter joins her family the other side,
cop comes back.

Finally, cop and the prisoner cross river.
