Help with SATA PCI Card for my Blu-Ray Drive?

I just purchased a Blu-Ray SATA Drive. I dont have any SATA Ports on my motherboard. I need to know if purchasing a PCI SATA Card will do the job?? Ive seen many SATA Cards that have 3 ports: 1 External, and 2 Internal. Help easy 10PTS!!
I want to connect the Blu-Ray drive to my pc so I can watch movies.
 
there is no reason to think that it won't as it is only an interface card. tell them what you want it to do so this if it doesn't work you can take it back.
