Help with travel insurance complaint letter?

Need to send a letter of complaint to travel insurance comp afther they refused to fly my poorly 2 and a half year old twins home even with a letter from an egyptian doctor that clearly states they needed to be brought back to the uk. Paid £1500 to fly home after the insurance company refused. Please help!!!!! Many Thanks Lisa

I knew a neighbor who made a similar complaint. Turns out she had never mentioned her child to the travel insurance company, and the child wasn't covered by any policy, but still she believed the travel insurance people were in the wrong not to fly her kid home from Jamaica
