HUGE difference between an individual staff member doing something bone-headed and getting punished for it by the team itself and an entire organization systematically cheating and having to have the league step in and do something. You're basically comparing a single Irish thief to the Italian mob. Not a fair comparison.
I'm not a fan of either team but if you think a strength and conditioning coach tripping a player is as much cheating as A guy taping walkthroughs before a super bowl, or signals during a game then you're crazy.
not a jets fan but a still think that makes bilicheck a cheater (dont even think the jets were any good that year anyway ). Would that coach did was awful tho, never seen a coach try to take out a player b4, dude could have blew out his knee
Not a Jets or Patriots fan, but I do think neither is necessarily worse than the other. Both were stupid things that took place. The way I see it, cheating (in the case of the Pats) was just as bad as a coach tripping up a player. The reason for this is, the players are to be respected by coaches whether they are on the same team or not. On the flip side with the cheating incident, the Pats disrespected the opposing team because they violated NFL policies. Point being? Neither is worse than the other. And as far as Jets fans, not whining, some will still talk about "spygate". That's just how it is when you are talking about division rivals.
