hey threadworm problem please help! important!?

hey i have threadworms and im too embarrased to tell my mum, im off to a party tomorrow night and i know im going to have them. It wil annoy me and ruin my night! is there anything i can do to stp them for the night, or prevent them coming. I dont have time to buy any tablets by the way.
