Hi does anyone owns Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S? How do I watch movies on my SD card?

Hi I have the Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S & is the one version that it included Avatar the movie. I have been trying to use my digital copy disk to download movies on my PC & it was successful. Now I'm trying to transfer the movies to my Samsung Vibrant buy using USB cable but some reason, it would not transfer & I have 2GB. I was so "piss-off" that I now can't not watch my Avatar movie anymore & I might have deleted accidentally & it says "File Not Found". My question is when I connect my Samsung Vibrant to my PC buy using USB cable, how do I transfer my movies? Thanks.

P.S. When I connect my Samsung Vibrant to my PC buy using USB cable, it says "Samsung Kies,Media Player, & Mass Storage". Which of the 3 options should I pick if I'm going to transfer my videos on my SD card? Thank you so much!
