Hi, i am wanting to buy a gas powered 49cc scooter, How fast would it go?

I weigh around 175 pounds which is about 80 kilos . it is one of the Chinese ones which has a little seat on it, though not too sure the seat would weigh it down. I would love to bring it to the beach to go for cruises on.
