Hi my "Pirates Caribbean At World's End" on Blu-ray format would not play

on my PS3 (40gb)? WHF? Hi I just bought "Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End" on a Blu-ray format & it is NOT playable to my PS3 (40gb)? I just bought my PS3 (40gb) last week & now this damn region codes?

Yes Blu-ray may won the battle of the Hi-Def format war against HD-DVD but, at HD-DVD does NOT have region codes or file 1.0,1.1 or 2.0 not like Blu-ray! What should I do?
I am new to this Playstation 3 & how do I upgrade? What do you mean upgrade?

upgrade ur ps3...it does it auto wen u sign in to psn....if not email sony and they will send u disk i think
