High School of the Dead Chapter 28?

Does any one know when Chapter 28 comes out for High School of the Dead? Every time i find a place that post them they just say soon and one told me it was supposed to come out at the beginning of October and yet here it is in the beginning of November with nothing! If anyone can help i would really appreciate it!
