I met him at my house, my new step father invited him to eat because he is his nephew. I never knew his nephew so i was impress the first time i met him, he's so cute. Anyways I started talking to him and somehow we exchanged number. My mom was totally cool about it she even invited him to at over again. Everyday we spoke on the phone and he came to my house a few times but when my mom was here. One day i invited him to my house because no one was going to be home, he agreed to come. i cooked for him and got all pretty and he never showed up!!! 
Week later i text him and forgave him. We started talking and he came to my house a couple of times but when my mom was here. I never ot alone time with him. Anyways last week he made plans to see me and he canceled on me again. he called me and i forgave him and we talked, he told me he likes me and that im the only girl he's talking to and that he wants to make a good impression to my mom. Basically he is making me believe that he likes me but he canceled on me sooo many times? Does he really like me or should i move on?
By the way he's not a jerk because he respect me and doesn't talk about sex. He respects what i feel and i like that.
