My buddies are going hiking this weekend and invited me. I workout regularly but afraid that i might gas going miles up a steep mountain( also the temp here will be about mid 90s). My main concern is that the mountain trail is said to be difficult and for more experienced hikers, should i be worried? Also i have normal walking shoes, should i buy hiking boots?
