Ho to rip a DVD to make exactly 700mb file (DivX e.g.)?

How to calculate exact size? The software I am using has a splitting option, it just cuts it if it is over e.g. 700mg. I want 1 file. How?

I dunno if it will cut it to exactly 700 Mb, but the Free version of Fair Use Wizard can rip movies to very close to 700Mb... they usually come to a few megs over... about 716 Mb.
