the question is, i use it for playing mostly rap and hip hop songs, which as you are probly aware of, tend to have alot of bass. now i was playing a song at low volume, not distorting and the sub quit hitting, my thought was that it blew, so i plugged it into one of the speaker ports and put on a bass tester which has no treble and only bass, and the sub was hitting the notes like normal, i smelled the port hole and didnt smell the burning coil smell. but the problem is, when its plugged into the subwoofer port, all the sub does is make a clicking sound, and no bass. what can fix this problem. and lastly, like i said, i use it strictly for music, but sometimes for movies. will it hurt the sound system if i use it for mainly music????
