Please do not accuse me of being a bigot. I have no problem with homosexuals in any form, and I will try to word this as politely as possible.

Are there rules about being homosexual and being in the UFC/MMA? It may not be nice, but there are alot of people who would feel uncomfortable going to the ground with one.

Anywho, I'm sorry if I've offended anyone. Also, an opinion from an experienced MMA fighter would be great!

I'm not sure if there's any out in the big promotions but @ gyms all over there are homosexuals training in mma. I've been associated in 4 gyms and every gym had a few. I have no problem training with a guy that's homosexual. I've trained with several and it doesn't bother me @ all.

I don't see the problem personally, but if i knew someone in my gym was gay i would only be uncomfortable if he had my back lol. There are probably gays, but less than there are in soccer, because gays don't like getting hurt

Probably not. Why would a guy want to touch on another when he's beating his ass? I know I wouldn't want to grab a girl's boobs when she's got me in a guillotine. When it comes down to it, once you enter that ring, it's time to fight, no matter who you are.

and the guy that knocked out kimbo slice in bi sexual

um...there are so many gay fighters it's not funny. and no, rules about sexuality are not allowed. it makes no difference, gay doesn't wipe off. you would be surprised to find out who's gay in the ufc, and theres at least 5 fighters on rooster right now who are quietly gay. it makes sense in a sport where guys work on there physique's that some would be gay .

This may be totally ignorant of me, but I can't picture a gay guy being an MMA fighter. If there are, I'm sure they would't discuss it because it would make the other guys feel awkward. They probably have a don't ask, don't tell policy like the army. I don't think they can legally not allow people to fight based on their sexual preference so it's most likely just not discussed.
