I got a 2008 EX Civic. It runs normally until one morning the battery got discharged. I checked everything and I did not forget to turn off anything.
So, I try to jump start it in the correct order. Everytime the final clip is connected (black to the engine block) the car honks continuously. I figured out that I can plug off the fuse for the horn. I did it and it jump start successfully.
Now the real trouble is, I cannot change the automatic transmission at all (P to D). I tried to put the fuse for the horn but again it honks continuously and it was not so comfortable since I parked it in a very public place.
Any idea to fix this?
