honda f22b2 motor swap no power at all?

i did a motor swap on my cb7 and took out my f22a1 which lost all of its power and would sound like it had vtec so i swapped the motor with a f22b2 when i started it the motor revved for 4k rpms and idled there so i swapped intakes now it idles at 2500 and when i run this motor up it wont go past 6k and it is slow as hell its doing the same thing as my old motor being slow as hell so i thought it was the fuel pump changed it and the fuel filter didnt make a difference i never can find out whats wrong with it the timings fine the distributer was taken off my old motor the ecu is a f22b1 ecu and that shouldnt do anything really

same intake as what came with my old motor the intake for the b2 is obd2 so i converted it to obd1
which shouldn't do anything there both 2.2l 2156cc the car has no power i floor it and it makes a loud ass vtec noise and the last motor did that same noise olny thing i have from my old motor is the intake which ive swapped 3 times with other ones the fuel pump which i changed and the destirbuter which is sparking well on all cylinders i seriously cant find out whats wrong with this motor ive changed the map sensor the iacv the fiacv the fuel rail the injectors ive changed everything including the ecu the compression is all fine im posting on here as my last resort cuz im about to give up
