Honda Prelude 95 stuck in PARK!!!?

Hi have an automatic honda prelude 1995. It's stuck in park, when i use shift release it will work. But also my break lights won't work... ?

I think it may be the brake light switch, so do i need a new one? And where is the brake light switch??
