stop driving it. You need to check your lugnuts and make sure they're good and tight. If that isn't the problem its probably the bearings. Just order some more and change them out if you know how. If not take it to a atv repair shop or the dealer and tell them you need new bearings in the rear end.
 
Ok when I ride my 03 Honda TRX 250 down the road the back left wheel and tire wobble left to right. What is my problem? How do I fix it? Help please. Thanks.
 
you need to take it to a atv place and have them take look at it........it might be that the tire pressure it just not the same and try to check all of your tires
 
Your wheel is either loose or most likley you bent a rim. If you bent the rim just drive it.
