Hooked up sub and amp, still not working...?

I hooked everything as I was supposed to but I cant seem to find a remote wire, does anyone know what its supposed to look like? and my groundwire is a little wobbly... is it supposed to be? i drilled my own hole... Thanks for the help, oh I have a 1992 oldsmobile cutlass cruiser if that helps and its a kenwood deck, speakers and amp are sony...
 
no your ground wire can cause sparks and catch fire (presonal experience). and your remote wire is on the back of your cd player. if you cant find it you can take a 2 inch wire and connect it from your power cable port on the amp to the remote port but it will have continous power so you will want a switch and i advise you put the switch in a convinient place our you will forget to turn it off and our battery will die.
