i usually have really horrible cramps when im on my period. and sometimes they get even worse like today. this morning i woke up finding out that i got my period. but then instantly i got the worse cramps ever! all i could do was curl up in ball and cry. i couldn't even move! and on top of that my flow was heavy! ugha! and so i did some morning chores thinking that me moving around will help. well at first it kind of did and then it got even worse! now where i live it's 1:23 A.M and still have horrible cramps! right now im laying in bed with a hot water bottle and drinking hot tea. ugh! and they still hurt soo bad!!! i dont know what to do! i feel like just riping my uterus out of me! and birth control is not an option because in only 17 and my parents don't allow that because they assume that im sexualy active which im not... ugh! please help! im in soooo much pain!
