First off, I don't even know what the "hot messages" folder is.. or why it's even on the phone, since it's only caused me trouble. The Motorola Rokr is my old phone and I REALLY need to access 6 messages that were emails texted to me and I locked them and transferred them to "hot messages" and now, if I don't have at least 12 or 13 messages in the "hot messages" folder it won't even let me open it, when I click on it, immediately it moves to my home screen and doesn't let me open the folder. When I try to scroll down to the messages, it doesn't even let me see them it just exits out of everything. I've searched everywhere for a solution and I've had no luck whatsoever.
