This is day one to get ready for spring break! Before it was binging all the time, eating empty calories, and no exercise. So if it seems like i'm not doing AMAZING.. remember.. i'm not used to this and it's only day 1! lol
here's what i ate/drank today:
-a chocolate frosted donut (250 cals)
-cheese nips (120 cals)
-english muffin pizza (280 cals)
-salad with 3 tbs of blue cheese (250 cals)
-water & cucumber water
-cherry coke zero
and for my exercise:
-30 minutes of this ab workout
-15 minutes of this butt and theigh workout
i'm gonna try and exercise more later. I'll TRY for 45 more minutes because of all I ate today. haha
height: 5'6''
weight: 132 lbs
I'm 15 & female. So did I lose weight, stay the same, or gain weight so far today? and if I do 45 minutes more of exercise? Oh and i might eat something later if i'm hungry.. but maybe not..
