How bad was my binge?

I ate normally throughout the day, like 900ish calories and then I should have stopped but I didn't.
I had:
-1 1/2 cups of salted cashews
-6 weight watcher's cookies
-2 skinny cow ice cream cones
-2 chocolate chip pop tarts
-a weight watcher's yogurt

I know that was like beyond too much food. I feel like I'm going to burst. Just how bad was it? Will I have sped up my metabolism a lot? I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds now. What will I be tomorrow? If I fast tomorrow, how much will I lose?
