How can Android 18 from Dragonball get pregnant or give birth?

It doesn't seem physically possible. Last time I checked, Androids are robots which are incapable of giving birth, in that they aren't living things. And for those who get them confused, Androids are robots that look human, Cyborgs are a fusion between humans and robots.
 
Krillin wished to the Dragon of the Dragon Balls to make all androids human. It was granted, 18 became human, they married and had kids.

I looked into it, and psych232 is right. The dragon was unable to grant this wish, and instead got rid of her selfdestruction device.
 
First of all, Krillin's wish was NOT granted. It's believed that Android #18 was a human. Then Dr. Gero forcefully turned her into a cyborg. In an episode of DBZ, Goku questioned about how #18 could have children but she replied that she still had some human body parts. It's also rumored she may be Dr. Gero's biological daughter. So yeah, she's actually a cyborg, that's why she can give birth.
