How can i access my internet on an unlock phone from china? My service provider

IS T-MOBILE!? i bought a mini hello kitty iphone;

well, now i'm having trouble of accessing the internet as well as downloading picture messages.
it does says its support GPRS//WAP//MMS but yet when i have input all of the WAP, IP address stuff onto the phone... it keeps saying "GPRS not subscribed."

T-mobile gave me these information:

Primary IP address: 216.155.165.050
Secondary IP address: Blank
APN name: wap.voicestream.com
Data bearer: GPRS
Profile name: GPRS
Username: Blank
Bearer: Data
Home page: http://wap.myvoicestream.com

i have input everything that needed to be input in the setting page.


THOUGH when i go to Data Account; it shows up GSM data and GPRS.
the following choices are for GSM data:
1. FET
2. CHT
3.TWN
4.TAT
5.China Mobile
6. CHT

and when i selected one of the following, i click on access to internet, and it started to call 0931777777; i tried again with a different selection and it started to call 0936010010.

so i went on to GPRS
the following choices are for GPRS:
1.FET GPRS
2. CHT GPRS
3.TWN GPRS
4. TAT GPRS
5.CHINA MOBILE GPRS
6. CHINA UNICOM GPRS
7. KGT MMS
8. AIRTEL GPRS
9. AIRTEL MMS
10.HUTCH GPRS

i have tried each of the 10 choices, and the G1 on the corner did appear, but then it says "GPRS not subscribed".

so please help me!
