well it shouldnt need adjusting unless you have mess with it so with that in mind open hood and find gas cable follow to end on top of motor at end will be a screw where one adjust in it faster out is slower do it while running you will see but id say its not that either you have a air leak or fuel system not right can also find by typing how to adjust idle
