All I have is white and powdered sugar.
I also have honey as another sugar substitute.
How can I make peanut butter cookies without brown sugar?
(They also need to taste good.)
Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
The problem is:
I have no brown sugar at this time.
I have no molasses.
