Just come to my college...I swear that there are an entire group of people that dress up like Naruto characters (in full garb) each day and parade around campus fighting each other.

They may not have magical powers, but some of them think they do.

In their defense though some of them are into martial arts and are quite good at it...others are just well... yeah.
