how can i be as strong as Dennis Rogers?

exercise, eat right, get out of your comfort zone to do so, and try hard.

visit your local gym regularly, and focus on a different muscle group each time. choose not to eat that last ice cream bar in your fridge. Get the side salad instead of the fries. walk your dog instead of watching TV (Yes, even if it is FIT TV....).

just go for it. do hard things. read "Do Hard Things" by Alex & Brett Harris
