hi..can someone tell me how can i bypass an internet filter set up by my isp? i live in the middle east...and tons of proxy sites are blocked....plz tell me a name of a site/porgram i can use

Try Tor (The Onion Router: http://www.torproject.org/ ). It's a web of proxy that is (nearly) impossible to block because of the way it is. It requires you to install a program in your computer. The Tor's website itself is often blocked by filtering ISP, which means you may need to download the program from another computer. Once you install the program, set up Tor, Privoxy, and your browser you can surf blocked websites.

Be aware though that Tor may slow down your internet quite significantly, so it might not be wise to turn it on all the time. If you used Firefox, you should install the Torbutton addon to have a one-click button to enable or disable Tor.
