How can I change the position of the chat box in Counter Strike: Source?

Whether it involves the console, or some scripts doesn't matter, I just need an answer.
 
I was just trying to do that myself. I don't believe there are any console commands.

cstrike/scripts/HudLayout.res has a key called " "HudChat" "

I've tried removing the quotations from the name to make it like nearly all other key entries.. but to no avail. I've tried numerous things but nothing will budge the chat box
