i went tho the wendy restruant last nite in chester new york.. they were out of food! no chilli , no chicken and no chicken nuggets.. there were many people working there but no one realized it was running low or start a new batch for dinner.. when asked why no one knew what to say.. not good for wendys in chester.. shame on you.. by the way mcdonalds was very busy,but made us all happy

haha well I would call them and ask to speak to the manager then say that you were disappointed with the service you got and explain why. They will probably give you some coupons or something.
 
Go to the Wendys web site
They should have a complaint link there.

I did it for McDonald's and it worked.
 
If you have the number then call the store, if not then just pop in and tell them. Be polite though or they'll just get pissed off at you lol :)
