how can i connect my iphone 3.1.3 with 91 iphone pc suite?

I have a problem with91 iphone pc suite
so when i connect my iphone to pc it works well with itunes but it doestn't connect with pc suite
and i tried and installed afc2add and app sync and it still doesn't want to work
and i download the latest version of pc suit and still have the same problem
please help....!!!
