How can I contact someone in Yahoo to complain about how useless their tech...

...support are? I have tried using the feedback links on the help page and still have problems EVERY single day.

I fill in the form EVERY day and ask for help. Nothing.

My problem is when I "sort by unread", I get this message nearly every time:

Error

"Oops! Looks like we had a problem getting some new message headers. This may be a temporary problem, so If you scroll your message list, we will try to get your headers again.
Error #2"

It's so so so annoying and Yahoo don't seem to do anything about this. I get a message once a week saying it's fixed but it's not. It's not just a coincidence that Customer Service don't follow up my complaints with the customer satisfaction questionnaire anymore.

Also, I have an incorrect number of unread emails showing in my browser....which is also kind of annoying. Repeated requests for help are ignored.

Please let me know if there's someone I can email who actually cares about curing this nightmare problem.

Yes it is very annoying, you could try asking the same question on the forum, (Just shorten it down and ask for help from yahoo employee in the title) You'll find the forum on the main answer page down on the left hand side, maybe that's worth a go as occasionally you do see a reply by yahoo employees.
