If you are using Windows and want to be able to access the internet from the other Bluetooth connected computer, you probably need to first enable ICS (internet connection sharing) on the wired LAN connection that connects to your modem or router.
Then it depends upon what Bluetooth software you have to pair the computers together with Bluetooth networking.
Bluetooth is actually a pseudo serial device (COM port) and networking on it uses PPP, but details of that are probably hidden from you unless you connect a non-Windows device. For example when I did that to connect my Palm TX through a PC, I enabled Bluetooth networking on the Windows PC, paired the devices, and then used PPP on the Palm TX Bluetooth to connect to it.
