How can I delete Rapid Antivirus when my internet browser won't open?

Please help, i need to get rid of this pest of a program.
 
To remove Rapid Antivirus

Since you are having browser trouble try downloading programs in Safe Mode with Networking(press f8 rapidly while booting and select safe mode with networking)

Download and run
The Norman Malware Cleaner
http://download.norman.no/public/Norman_Malware_Cleaner.exe
and
Download, update and run
The free versions can detect and remove
Malwarebytes AntiMalware
http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
and
SuperAntiSpyware
http://www.superantispyware.com/

Scan in Safe Mode(without networking)

If Rapid anti virus is a software program you installed you remove it from add/remove in control panel.
