How can I download ios 5.0.1 faster for an iphone 4G?

I'd would like to download ios 5.0.1 faster on my iphone 4g but it takes about 12 hours on itunes. Is there another website besides apple where I can download it quicker and update my iphone 4g? And how can I do it? If I could download it directly from the www.apple.com please send me the link. I couldnt find it. Thanks :)

Apple would be the best place. Most other sites would have it but charge you to make an account to get the faster downloads. Either that or just alternatives to download from the same Apple.com source.
