How can I eat healthier?

I am very skinny. I eat junk food a lot. I have a balanced dinner though. Fruits, veggies, grain, bread, dairy. But other than that, I eat like a pig. I never get big though. I am very energetic though too. I play soccer, I swim, and dance. I am also 12 if that has something to do with it. 1. how do I eat healthier, any healthy snacks or meal ideas? 2. Why do I stay skinny, besides the fact that I am energetic, because in my family, some are skinny, and others the opposite?
Also, my friend was wondering...is 125 lbs at 14 okay? She is really stressed, and is wondering if that is overweight. Thank you

no she dont sound overweight but how tall is she?she sounds alright anyway eat healthy choice meals such as salads fruits lots of fruits vegetables sweetpotatos (yams) and raw almonds r great healthy snacks.

For your friend.: 125 and how tall is she?? If she is 4"9 and 125 that might be an issue. But if she is 5'6 she is really skinny.

Keep junk food out the house. Ask mom and dad to not buy any for the house. If it is not there you will not eat it and is easier to walk away from temptation. Keep a food journal. You are very active kid and still growing so you do need the extra calories. Just try getting it from healthy foods such as whole grain, dairy, veggies and fruit.
